Membership Information and Sign-Up. The CoA Marketplace welcomes all who have a spiritual book, product or service to offer. It is designed to allow people to find a diverse range of spiritual products in a single place. And as such, to combine the advertising of individuals in a way that advertises the marketplace as a whole through each members own websites, business cards, leaflets, advertising and self-promotion that includes the marketplace. Spiritual may be our base, but the benefit of the world is our objective. As such, the marketplace will also allow the showcasing of complimentary genres, especially by the families of members. And as such, some non-spiritual themes will be encouraged on a case by case basis. It is intended to encourage unpublished authors of other genres, who create an ebook or self-published book, a place to showcase their words. In particular the works of the Indigos, and authors who bring love, joy, happiness, knowledge and inspiration to people through their words. Membership Unlike most marketplaces, who assume that anyone joining them will be marketting a large number of products, the CoA marketplace recognises that the majority of members will have only a few books, products or services to offer. As such, Membership here is designed to reflect this. Base Membership All members will pay a US$50 Base Membership fee per year. This will enable the creation of your membership login to the CoA marketplace. It will allow you to connect a website to your Member Profile and have it viewed within the marketplace. It will allow you to enter up to 5 products or services. For those with more products to offer, there will be an incremental scale of membership options. US$100pa - Up to 12 products US$200pa - Up to 25 products US$300pa - Unlimited products If all you need is 1 or 2 extra products, then US$10pa each. Special Memberships It is recognised that some products will fall into special categories. For example, Artwork, photo galleries, one-off products with high numbers but slow sales expectations. In these cases, some may consider a commission on sales to be a better way of listing their products than by extended membership. So special products membership can be negotiated. Commission based Memberships will be entertained where this is more appropriate than the normal memberships. (The Base Membership is required to be paid up front, and then commission paid with each sale). Artwork is especially recognised, as a special case. An artist may have many existing products to add to the marketplace, but each is unique and potentially slow to sell, and the artist continues to add new works as they are completed. As such there should be no limits to the number of products, but a return to the marketplace can be made with each work sold. Photo Galleries will be handled differently. They can offer photo download, prints, posters and merchandising through a different mechanism, advertised through the marketplace. They will be based on a negotiated commission. Photo Galleries of Artwork are encouraged, as this enables each unique piece to sell many copies in the form of prints and posters, thus bringing a continuous return to the Artist, even after the original artwork is sold. Donations to the marketplace Cash donations to the marketplace from anyone are welcomed and can be made in any paypal currency to the paypal address below. Member Sign Up .... If you wish to discuss what level of membership is appropriate for you, please email Timothy at malladmin@circleofatlantis.com Step 1 : Paypal your requested level of membership in US$ to malladmin@circleofatlantis.com or pay via the Administration Products in the Marketplace itself. Step 2 : Email the following information to Timothy Ellis using the same email address... Preferred Username. First name, Last name, Company/Business/Display name (that you wish displayed), Address, City, State, Country, Zip/Postcode. Email address for future contact, to use in the shopping cart and for billing purposes. Step 3 : Include the URL of your existing webpage OR Email me text and photos so I can create a simple webpage for you. All 3 systems Spamblock everything coming from any form of commercial mail sender. Please use email addresses from your access provider or your own virtual domain provider, which will allow you the chance to remove any block they may have placed. How it works. You pay the base or extended membership. I send you your membership id and password. You login to the shopping cart system. You set up a product for each item or service you wish to list. A customer buys your product or service. They paypal money directly to your paypal account. You send the item or supply the service. Once the membership fee is paid, its like you have your own personal store. All you do is pay the rent like any store. Special memberships work the same way, except we will work out how and when to pay commission. Most members of the mall will not pay any commission. Products NOT Allowed in Marketplace The following products will not be allowed in the Marketplace : No Porn or anything likely to be considered porn anywhere in the world. If its considered illegal in Australia, United States or where you live, its not allowed. Nothing War or Violence oriented is allowed. If an item has tasteful nudity, it may be allowable, ask admin for an opinion. A book set in a war zone may be acceptable if the theme is healing of some sort. Code of Conduct. All members are expected to adhere to a high ethical conduct standard as befits spiritually enlightened beings. Administration will not become involved in any dispute between a Member and a Customer. But administration will investigate any customer complaints. If a member is considered to be acting in an unacceptable or unethical way, their membership may be terminated and their products removed from the marketplace.
